I decided to focus on a breakdown of this model as opposed to Mary, Joseph, Jesus or the 3 kings. They get all the love. What about the Shepherd? haha. Model to material/ shader breakdown. Flat material, normal maps and sculpt detail from zbrush, and final material and look based on work in Substance Painter. Final display in Marmoset3d and Unity.

Zbrush view and brushes used for the normal details and once I was happy with the detailing, I did a clay polish pass to give it a sculpted chiseled look. All subtools were made from spheres and dynameshed into form followed by subdividing for details.
